Project submission summaries can be submitted as a URL for an existing site or with the following submission form.  This form requires that you explicitly follow the Project Outline and the Project Submission Instructions. Please review the outline and instruction before proceeding. You will be required to cut and paste the text of your project summary and then upload the jpg or .gif images that accompany the text of each section or phase.
