To submit an accepted project you must: 

• digitize and convert the project text to ASCII text or HTML. Please use either 10 point Arial or Helvetica font and do not use background images or colors. 
• scan all photographs and images and save these in either .gif (for graphic type images) or .jpg  (for photographs) All images must not exceed 500 pixels in width. Please do not add any borders or special effects to the photographs or images. Insure that you know the location of all the images. You will be required to Browse your system to identify and add an image to a corresponding section of phase of the project summary submission form.

You will be notified by email of the URL for the project submission form (please keep this submission URL confidential). If your project summary is already located on the web you can just submit the summary URL. If your project summary is not an existing website the submission will involve the cutting and pasting of the summary text into specific section or phase submission boxes and the location and uploading of .jpg and .gif images. Therefore, please be familiar with the fundamentals of cutting and pasting text and basic file identification and manipulation.
