Submission Form Instructions:

Prior to using the Submission Form:

  • Complete the project summary text and save the file to a directory/folder that you can easily access.. 
  • Scan all photographs and images and save these in either .gif (for graphic type images) or .jpg  (for photographs) All images must not exceed 500 pixels in width. Please do not add any borders or special effects to the photographs or images. Save these image files to the same directory/folder that you saved the project summary file. Insure that you know the location of this folder and all the images files. You will be required to Browse your system to identify and add an image to a corresponding section of the project summary submission form.

While using the Submission Form:

  • Open your project summary file in your word processor and be prepared to copy & paste each section into the corresponding form section (Introduction, Planning etc.) Please do not copy and past your section headings into the form--the system will automatically provide the headings for you.
  • Access the Project Submission Form: http://www.project-approach.com/scripts/project.asp
  • Select the category of your project and the course you are completing or indicate that your are submitting an example.
  • Enter the project topic and the authors name.
  • If you have already posted your project summary to a website enter its URL. and scroll down to the "Submit" button and submit your project URL.

    If not proceed with the following steps
  • From your project summary text, select and copy the Introduction text. Proceed to do the same for each section. Remember to not copy and past your section headings into the form--the system will automatically provide the headings for you.
  • Use the "Browse" button to open a window that will allow you to select the image files for each respective section. Navigate to the location on your computer (hard disk or floppy drive) where these files are located and select each file. Do the same for each section. If you do not have any images for a particular section just move onto the section in which you have images. Leaving sections blank is fine.
  • Once you are satisfied that all text has be copied and pasted into the text boxes and that all your images have been selected, click on the "Submit" button. Please note that the uploading of your images can take a some time (several minutes). The faster your internet connection the faster the images will upload. Do not use your browser while the upload is in progress. Once the images have been successfully uploaded the system will give you a confirmation message in the browser window.
